SOFTBALL Junior Molly Spence had an impressive week-
end at the Wolf Pack Softball Classic, finish- ing the tournament with four home runs, 10 RBI and a .529 batting average. Her power surge resulted in a staggering 1.873 OPS (on-base percentage plus slugging per- centage) and earned her Big Ten Player of the Week honors.

MEN'S BASKETBALL Wisconsin has earned a top-four seed in the NCAA tournament for the third-straight season and fourth time in the last five years. The Badgers are one of just six schools to earn a top-four seed in each of the last three NCAA tour- naments, joining Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio State and Syracuse.

MEN'S TRACK Sophomore Ja- pheth Cato posted a score of 6,082
points to take All-America honors as the runner-up in the heptathlon at the NCAA Indoor Championships, the highest non- winning score in meet history. Cato's score — which ranks him as the No. 5 collegian all-time in the event — stands No. 6 in the world this year and would have earned the silver medal at the 2012 World Indoor Championships, which concluded Saturday.
