thoughts on why the Badgers have gotten off to their
best start in 100 years of Wisconsin basketball.
"Coaching, definitely. Coach (Bo) Ryan is the one
who starts the engine," Josh Gasser said.
"We have guys who can go inside or outside and
match up with anyone," Frank Kaminsky said.
"We're a much more disciplined team this year
and it's causing problems," Sam Dekker said.
"I'd say the versatility is huge. All five of the starters can shoot the 3," Nigel Hayes said.
Some believe the fast start has something to do
with the preseason exhibition tour of Canada.

cocky way," said assistant coach Lamont Paris.

with Gasser's return after missing last season.
"If you had a list, you might have to put that at the
top," said associate head coach Greg Gard.
Most believe the fast start has something to do
with multiple factors and developments.
"You can't put your finger on one exact thing, but
it's a combination of everything," Gard said.
How it all ended last season might have been the
starting point for this season.
