For more information about the Thailand Rush Soccer Club: www.thailandrush.com The Thailand Rush soccer club is looking forward to its 5th year of par cipa on, a me span that has seen this club develop excellent soccer players of character and quality, both on and off the field, and has seen over 10 players move on to play on quality college soccer programs in the United States during this me. While Thailand Rush looks forward to the further development and growth of a young U20 boys squad who will not begin club training and games un l January, there is also a great deal of excitement about a U12 boys squad who look to begin training in September with hopes of a year round training program. Technical director Chris Cole says, "We have seen our top players, who have moved on to top college programs in the US, develop from the U12 level up through our club here in Thailand. We believe we have a solid group of U12 boys who are really eager to train and grow, and we have a system in place to see these boys flourish. The Thai society is very tournament driven when it comes to sports, so we are hoping to get these young boys into a rou ne of playing against top Thai clubs in tournaments. it is vital to get them into tournaments in order for our players to really face the best quality of soccer possible." The Thailand Rush soccer club has seen this philosophy pay off in the past, and look forward to the development of these boys over the next 6 to 7 years. and so, Thailand Rush looks forward to another year of success with the soccer teams and players available! ThAILAnd RuSh NEW RUSh SOCCER CLUB IN SOUTh AfRICA Mpumalanga Rush Soccer Club join the Rush Family as the newest Branch of South Africa/Egoli Rush. For more information about the South africa/egoli Rush Soccer Club: www.africarush.com South africa has 9 Provinces. Mpumalanga Province is the home of the world famous kruger na onal Park. Jansen van der Walt met our Td at the VW Masters u12 Tournament. Rush Soccer was discussed and 4 months later, the MPUMaLanga RUSH SC (MRSC) was launched. Jansen and his family are very ac ve in the previously disadvantaged community and work with the young athletes from these areas. MRSC will be affilia ng to the SaFa The RUSH Soccer development program will be based in Middelburg Mpumalanga. Therefore it will cater to all athletes in town and also the neighboring communi es and townships around Middelburg. The program for par cipants from pre-school to high school and above will give them posi ve learning and team experiences with the opportunity to create lifelong memories. The need for youth sports programs in Middelburg is something that we will strive for because we know that Middelburg has the ability to produce top talent. We believe through studies that the involvement of sport in a community, especially soccer, can reduce the involvement of drugs, crime and gang related behaviors. The RUSH program will give the athletes the opportuni es to improve their athle c skills, health, fitness and experiences in teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play, coopera on and leadership and most of all help them in gaining self-confidence to give them a be er and brighter future.
