RUSH SOCCER INTRODUCES THE RUSH REGIONAL TECHNICAL DIRECTORS [ As we continue to increase the number of clubs in our organization, Rush soccer wants to ensure that we are able to service all of the member clubs in the most efficient and thorough way possible. This has lead us to take a good look at how we can do this, and the decision has been to introduce the Rush Regional Technical Director. The concept is to have the most experienced coaches within the Rush be available to help advise, be a sounding board and a conduit between the club and Rush Soccer. After an in-depth search within the Rush organization, we are very confident with the selections based on the criteria laid out for the positions. The three Regional Technical Directors will be: Dave Dengerink – One of the original coaches of Colorado Rush at the inception of club, who became the President and Technical Director of Virginia Rush in the inaugural merger, Dave is currently directing the ECNL and Academy programs of Texas Rush. As one of the longest serving coaches within Rush, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience within the Rush. [ Arian Hoxha – Arian also spent his formative years in Colorado working alongside Tim Schulz, Erik Bushey, Dave Dengerink and Andrew Kummer, helping build the foundations of what is now the largest soccer club in the US. Arian moved on to become the Technical Director of Hawaii Rush, where he has transformed the club into one of the strongest within Rush. Matt Mittelstaedt – Matt was one of the first coaches to lead a new Rush club when he became Technical Director of Arkansas Rush. Matt has been an integral part of the growth of Rush with his work at the Festivals, the Summit and with Rush Select. He has recently transitioned to Virginia Rush to head the ECNL teams, so now has the knowledge of working on building a club from the ground up, as well as working within the highest girls youth league in the nation. We are very excited to make this major step forward, one that will allow everyone within the Rush organization to have a resource they can go to directly to help them move their club forward. R3 WHERE THE TRAILS OF PASSION AND PURPOSE MEET, BEGINS THE PATH TO VICTORY [ [
