TODAY LIBERTY'S CAMPUS Chancellor Jerry Falwell, Jr. revealed a master plan in the May 2 convocation that involves new academic buildings, including a freestanding library, renovations to Arthur S. DeMoss Learning Center, more open space on main campus, including a lake behind the Vines Center, and a new residential quad to replace Liberty's oldest residence halls. "We don't know exactly how long it will take us to get there, but, within two to three years, the end result will be a lot more academic space and green space," Falwell said. Represented is a map displaying Liberty's campus as it currently is today along with a layout of campus following changes which will occur in the next five years. On the following page is the master plan, including descriptions of the new facilities.
