VINES CENTER The Vines Center is home to the men's and women's basketball teams and women's volleyball. It seats 8,085 fans, and is also used for convocation, concerts and special events. LAHAYE ICE CENTER The ice center is home to three men's and two women's hockey teams, as well as synchronized and figure skating teams. Students are allowed to use the ice for free during open-skate sessions. NEW LIBRARY Next year, construction will begin on a new freestanding library, which will be located behind DeMoss Hall. Expansion plans include the addition of a large lawn area leading up to the new facility. HANCOCK WELCOME CENTER In 2011, construction started on a new Hancock Welcome Center at the entrance to Liberty's main campus. The Jeffersonian structure will house meeting rooms and provide a comfortable place for families to meet with representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Alumni Relations and the Registrar's Office.
