Though they used the race simply a workout, Maverick Darling
(right) and Elliot Krause got back on the track for the first time
since helping UW score a third-place finish at the 2013 NCAA Indoor Championships when they led the early stages of the 10,000
meters at last weekend's Stanford Invitational in Palo Alto, Calif.
