Brett Hochstaetter didn't
break a leg during his
performance at the Buck-
inghams on Monday, but
the sophomore from the
Wisconsin wrestling team
did get down on one
knee. Hochstaetter used
his time on stage ― per-
forming the song "Mean
to Me" ― as a dramatic
way to pop the question
to his girlfriend, Erica, in
front of a crowd of his
peers, coaches and staff
during the annual stu-
dent-athlete celebration
at the Overture Center in
Madison. She said yes.
