Independence 3 I chose to pursue a career at Alpine Bank because of the culture and impressive suite of benefits, along with the fact that the bank values Independence. As a marketing career-person whose creative ideas and expressions are the currency — and as a person of Native American descent who values sovereignty— independence has been and remains a very important value to me. That alignment between my personal values, and those of my employer, is huge. It all starts with Independence. Our ability to make decisions, understand our customers' needs and engage in our communities are value propositions at every level of the organization. Independence encourages creative thinking. Staying independent is not only a value but also our mission as an organization in the years ahead. If we conduct ourselves with Integrity, support and grow our Communities, treat people with Compassion and Loyalty, superior performance will be the result, solidifying the foundation of our sustainable Independence.
