building a dynasty
Over the last three years, Boston University women's ice hockey has established itself as one of the premier programs in the nation. The
Terriers have reached the NCAA tournament in three straight seasons, won the Hockey East title in two of those seasons and advanced to the national championship contest in 2011. BU has also been ranked in the top five of the national end-of-season poll in each of the last two years. In addition, the Terriers have added high-profile junior transfers in each of the last three years, all of whom have played for Team Canada (Jenn Wakefield, Isabel Menard, Shannon Doyle).
