FRESNO STATE LACROSSE CARLEE BUCK ASSISTANT COACH .......................................................FOURTH YEAR for Carlee Buck is go- ing on her fourth season as an as- sistant coach Fresno State. Buck brings a wealth of lacrosse experience to Fresno State after playing at Stony Brook and coaching and teaching at St. Margaret's School in England. Buck is the Bulldogs offensive assistant coach and she has played a vital role in Fresno State starting up the lacrosse program. The results have been evident in the team's success in the classroom, community and field of competition. During Buck's playing days she was one the top offensive players in Stony Brook history as she finished her career fourth all-time in goals (92), first in assists (133) and first in points (225). In 2005 she led the country in as- sists at 2.8 a game while ear ning first-team American East honors. As a freshman in 2004, Buck was named to the America East All-Rookie Team. .................................................... Schmidt has accumulated numerous awards and academic achieve- ments starting with being named a two time National High School Academic All-American. Thr ough - out college Schmidt has also accumu- lated numer- ous awards and academic achievements. In college, Schmidt was a National All-American in 2011 and received All-American honorable mention in 2010. She was a member of the United States National Women's Lacrosse team two years in a row. Schmidt was the two time consecutive MPSF Conference Player of the Year in 2010 and 2011 as well as four-time First Team All-Conference selec- tion. While Schmidt was a member of the Stanford lacrosse program, they went to the NCAA Region- als in 2010 and 2011 and also held a top 10 ranking both years, a program high.
