Led BU to four consecutive America East Women's Indoor Track & Field Championships (2006-09) and the 2008 America East Women's Outdoor Track & Field title. Directed the Terriers to two America East and New England Women's Cross Country Championships (2005, 2006) and the 2010 America East Men's Cross Country Championship. Named the 2008 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Northeast Region Head Coach of the Year. Named United States head women's track & field coach for the 2011 World University Games. Coached nine All-Americans (four women's outdoor, three women's indoor, one women's cross country). During her tenure, BU's student-athletes have captured 66 America East individual championships and have set 17 new school records.
