Outstanding alumnus award.
Casscells has served as a member
of both the UVa Medical alumni
association Board of Directors
and the UVa Medical school
Foundation Board of trustees and
currently serves as immediate
past president of the Foundation.
Casscells lives in Wilmington, Del.,
where he is a solo practitioner spe-
cializing in joint replacement and
arthroscopic sports medicine.
Following the award presenta-
tions, guests were entertained by
the adrian Duke Band. as guests
packed the dance floor, it was
a fitting end to a celebration of
another great year for the Univer-
sity of Virginia school of Medicine
and the UVa Medical alumni
association and Medical school
Foundation.
