MORE THAN $350,000 DONATED TO TEAM ENDOWMENT ACCOUNTS:
SSSF has just made its first donation of the year to the MidwayUSA Foundation, Inc., enriching the endowment accounts
of 100 SCTP and Scholastic Pistol Program (SPP) teams. Our $350,250 contribution for the first quarter of 2014 was just
the beginning, as we plan to return an additional $1.4 million through SCTP and SPP state, regional, and national events
this year. Did you know our National Championship event alone will provide more
than $600,000 in endowment funds for SCTP and SPP teams? For every donation we
make, MidwayUSA Foundation, Inc. makes a matching 2:1 contribution.
The MidwayUSA Foundation Team Endowment Account Program is owned and
controlled by the MidwayUSA Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit, public
charity established by Larry and Brenda Potterfield in 2007. The Potterfields began
the Foundation as a result of their passion
and interest in education for shooting,
hunting, firearms safety and outdoor
skills.
The Team Endowment Account Program
is intended to provide financial support to
shooting programs. The Program gives
alumni and other interested parties of
universities, colleges and high schools the
ability to financially support a school's
competitive shooting program or
financially assist in the start-up of a new
shooting program. Donations provide
immediate grant potential along with
sustained funding from the investment
earnings of the fund.

shooting, hunting and outdoor sports industry.
Mission
We help communities and organizations raise funds to support their high school, college and other youth shooting teams
and activities. We also manage donor directed endowed funds for these communities and organizations.
Purpose
To expand, enhance and perpetuate youth shooting sports activities to help young people improve their confidence,
discipline and leadership skills through shooting sports education.
