Offensively: Transition basketball is BU basketball and the Terriers share the ball and emphasize taking good early shots. The team has had three players average double figures in scoring in each of the last three seasons, and BU traditionally ranks in the top-25 in the nation in assist- to-turnover ratio. This season, senior Rashidat Agboola became the ninth player in as many years to eclipse the 1,000-point mark. Defensively: In 2011, BU burst onto the national scene defensively, ranking 23rd in all of Division I, holding opponents to 54.0 points per game. That success continued last year and the team moved up the rankings finishing top- 10 in the country in points per game allowed (51.8). The 2013 Terriers also recorded a program-best 154 blocks.
