Sincerely, J. Robert Young, Chairman CHAIRMAN'S MESSAGE Our 2017 Environment Report reects Alpine Bank's ongoing commitment to not only reducing our footprint, but improving our communities by sharing what we've learned and encouraging feedback on how to improve. Alpine Bank's newest branches, Union Station and Cherry Creek, received a Certiably Green Denver designation, the rst nancial institutions to do so. With two more Alpine Banks opening on the Front Range in the near future, we are especially proud to showcase our commitment to sustainable business practices in our new markets. In October, The American Bankers Association recognized Alpine Bank with a community and economic development award for the bank's Community Solar program which donated bank-purchased solar panels to a local nonprot to help low income families with utility costs. This type of win/win/win opportunity is exactly the kind of thing we hope to continue to nd. We know that our successes are really a reection of the communities we serve. Without your support and loyalty, we would not exist. Thank you for your interest and ongoing support of Alpine Bank.
