Afterall, he did complete 64.2 percent of his passes for 1,859 yards and 13 TDs in six games (three as a starter) last season. Falk will throw to a talented group of re- ceivers that include junior WR River Cracraft (66 rec/771 yds/8 TDs), senior WR Dom Williams (43 rec/656 yds/9 TDs) and sophomore RB Jamal Morrow (61 rec/460 yds). Morrow was also the team's lead- ing rusher with 351 yards (4.0 avg). The entire offensive line returns intact, led by senior LT Joe Dahl and senior LG Gunnar Eklund. Both have started each of the last 25 games. In fact, all 18 offensive line- man on scholarship last season return for the 2015 season. DEFENSE: The Cougars were tough against the run, allowing 145.7 yards per game (4th in the Pac-12). Senior LBs Jeremiah Allison and Kache Palacio key a defense that returns six starters. Allison is the team's top returning tackler with 78 and 8.5 tackles for loss, while Palacio collected 57 tackles and topped the team with 6.5 sacks. Se- nior S Taylor Taliulu (68 tackles) anchors a young secondary. In ad- dtion to Taliulu, the Cougars return a pair of starters in sophomores S Darious Lemora (68 tackles) and CB Charleston White (34 tackles and a team-best 13 PBU). The Cougar defense has the advantage of opening the season against three non-conference foes that averaged just 24.1 points per game. However, they'll get tested right away in the Pac-12 as they open league play with California (38.2 ppg) and at Oregon (45.4 ppg). 2014 RESULTS (3-9, 2-7 in Pac-12 North, T5th) L ............38-41 ........... vs. Rutgers L ............13-24 ........... at Nevada W ...........59-21 ...........
