brand news Making a Difference with Pratt & Lambert. Wall: Delightful Aqua 22-7 Wall: Gentle Yellow 13-31 Housing Works is the largest community-based AIDS service organization in the United States, as well as the nation's largest minority-controlled AIDS service organization. Since 1990, it has provided lifesaving services, such as housing, medical and mental health care, meals, job training, drug treatment, HIV prevention education, and social support to more than 20,000 homeless and low-income New Yorkers living with HIV and AIDS. The organization's largest annual event, Design on a Dime, raises much-needed funds for its supportive housing program. And Pratt & Lambert Paints was very excited to be able to serve as the official paint sponsor for the sixth annual charity extravaganza held May 6–8 at the Metropolitan Pavilion at 125 West 18th St. in New York. Wall: Field Gray 32-19 34 P&L Color Expressions This year's event featured 50 of the world's top interior designers who created unforgettable room vignettes. These vignettes were painted with Pratt & Lambert® paint and decorated with new, donated merchandise that was then sold for 50 to 70 percent off retail pricing. A VIP sneak preview included a silent auction of 100 framed photographs and artworks, including pieces from Zatista.com, the New York Photo Festival and Soho Photo Gallery. Participating designers Jaclyn Smith and Ty Pennington were both on hand for the event. Everyone at Pratt & Lambert is very proud to have played a part in this wonderful effort that raised more than $700,000 for the Jefferson Avenue Housing Program in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn!
