Dear JWU families,
Like many parents of Johnson & Wales University students, we
are excited that our daughter Chelsea will be graduating with an
exceptional industry-relevant education this May. The last four years
have flown by not only for our daughter, who had the opportunity to
study in Providence, Sweden, Panama and Peru, but for us too. Each
year has brought new and exciting adventures, and JWU was right in
the middle of it all.
While attending summer orientation, we realized that JWU was
a special place and that Chelsea made the right decision. We
immediately got involved with the Parent Advisory Board during
Chelsea's first year, and instantly discovered how passionate and
committed the faculty and administration are to helping all students
gain the skills required to succeed in today's challenging business
environment.
During Chelsea's sophomore year, she was diagnosed with an acoustic
neuroma, which after major surgery left her deaf in one ear. Once
again, JWU impressed us by providing her with incredible support and
services. Johnson & Wales is an extraordinary place and will always
hold a special place in our hearts.
Sincerely,
Liz and Domenick Propati
