MEN'S HOCKEY
Senior forward Mark Zengerle became the 14th skater in
Wisconsin history to collect 100 career assists after setting
up a goal in each game last weekend at Minnesota. Prior
to Zengerle, the last player to reach 100 career assists was
Andrew Shier during the 1993–94 season. Shier finished
his UW career with 115 assists. Zengerle's 100 career
assists are 12 more than Notre Dame senior forward T.J.
Tynan's 88, who is the next-closest skater in the country.

FOOTBALL
Despite being held to just 120 yards in their loss to Penn State, the
Badgers broke their single-season record for rushing yards of 3,309,
set last year in 14 games, by running their season total to 3,396.
UW also topped the 12-game school mark of 3,305 set in 1999.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Five players are averaging double
figures for UW in 2013. Taylor Wurtz
leads the team at 14.7 points per game,
while Michala Johnson (14.0), Morgan
Paige (11.8), Jacki Gulczynski (11.8) and
Dakota Whyte (10.2) are also putting
up double-digit scoring numbers.
The Badgers are the only team in
the conference with five players
averaging double figures.

Wisconsin has won 20 or
more matches in a season for
the first time since 2007. The

Sheffield is tied for third-most
