Badgers counting down to
post-season play
UW wraps up regular season on the road
our matches remain in
the regular season for
the 15th-ranked Badgers.
With all of them on the road,
UW has it work cut out for it
over the final stretch.
"You're battling for wins,
you're battling to try to get
better," said head coach Kelly
Sheffield. "We put ourselves in
position to possibly be a seeded team (in the NCAA tourna-

ment). That is a goal of ours.
To finish in the top four in the
conference is a goal of ours."
The Badgers are currently tied for fifth in the league
standings, a game out of
fourth. But with four road
matches remaining, including
three against ranked teams,
Wisconsin will need to bring
it, their theme for this season,
every single match.

BADGERS WIN 20 MATCHES
● The Badgers won 20 matches in a
season for the first time 2007. The 20
wins for head coach Kelly Sheffield
is the fifth best for a first-year head
coach at UW.
Wisconsin surpassed its overall
win total from 2012 (17) and also
improved upon last season's five Big
Ten wins with nine conference victories this year.
UW is headed to the NCAA tournament this season after a five-year
absence.
