ASK THE BADGERS
QUESTION OF THE WEEK:
What is the toughest course
you've taken at UW-Madison?
CRYSTAL GRAFF // JUNIOR // VOLLEYBALL
"Chemistry 104. It was just a general chemistry class with
a lot of experiments in the lab. It was a five-credit class so it
took a lot of time between class, labs and studying."
NICOLE LA PETINA // SENIOR // WOMEN'S SOCCER
"I took an Advanced Spanish Composition class a couple of
semesters ago and I did the most outside work I've done for
any other college course I've taken by far. We were assigned
to write one paper every two weeks in Spanish and it was my
first exposure to the language. I would seriously be writing
one paper while editing another for the same class."
JACOB PEDERSEN // SENIOR // FOOTBALL
"The first class I ever had at UW, which was Sociology 120: Marriage and Family. It wasn't the hardest class I've ever taken, but in high school I was
smart enough to get by without really studying,
and I think that class was my biggest eye-opener. I
realized I was actually going to have to study and
do my homework if I wanted to get good grades."
