Dedication.
Dedicated to Bob Young.
Founder, Leader, Neighbor, Friend.
This book, and the future it outlines, is dedicated to the vision and heart of Bob Young. In 1973, he set
out to prove that a bank could be defined by relationships, community, and genuine care. He built a
sustaining culture where people come first, anchored by our employee ownership, giving every single
one of us a meaningful stake in Alpine Bank's future.
Everything we are today, and everywhere we go next, rests on all of us and the foundation he built.
