INDEPENDENCE Independence! We have the ability to pivot, make quick decisions and change the course of a conversation because we are impowered to do so! This means as employee owners, we are trusted to look at the big picture, not just the box so many banks put customers in. Shannon Wilkes | Montrose | Retail Business Banker Employee owner Since 2017 Independence could be viewed as a value that is a result of living the other four values. If we conduct ourselves with Integrity, support and grow our Communities, treat people with Compassion and Loyalty, superior performance will be the result, solidifying the foundation of our sustainable Independence. The values individually and collectively are key to our success. Andrew Karow | Glenwood Springs | Chief Operations Officer Employee Owner since 1997 Which Alpine Bank core value relates to me, and why? Independence. #1 We aren't for sale, which brings loyalty and a strong desire to think of the bank with a long-term vision in mind. #2 We have the autonomy regionally to make decisions that fit our community, because one size does not fit all. #3 We are employee-owned which develops employees that want the best for the bank and our communities. Danny Craft | Telluride | President Employee Owner since 2003 Independence. That allows us to make the decision ourselves to live out all our constants and values! Glen Jammaron | Glenwood Springs | President Employee Owner since 1985 I would have to say Independence rides the fine line between the rest of the values that I can relate to. It gives us the ability to be what we need to be for our customers. Whether we are in a big city or a little town, our customer service is what sets us apart from everyone else. Our Independence is what gives us the ability to give them the service they need and deserve. DeAnna Delgman | West Glenwood | Trainer Employee Owner since 1998 Independence means the most to me. Our Independence allows us to do what we think is right in relation to Integrity, Community, Compassion and Loyalty. We do not have to answer to anyone that may not share these values with us. Eric Gardey | Glenwood Springs | Chief Financial Officer Employee Owner since 1989 There are five key values that shape the way we do business, respect our employees and give back to the communities that we serve. It all starts with Independence. Our ability to make decisions, understand our customers' needs and engage in our communities are value propositions at every level of the organization. Independence encourages creative thinking. Staying independent is not only a value but also our mission as an organization in the years ahead. Bruce Robinson | Member, Board of Directors Employee Owner since 1993 Through our Independence as an employee- owned company we have committed to working to improve the lives of our customers, employees and communities. Tyler Dahl | Mesa County | Market President Employee Owner since 2007 Independence because it matters where your money spends the night. Unlike huge banks, Alpine loans your deposits to small businesses and mortgages in the community. Susan Graf | Boulder | Vice President Regional Business Development Employee Owner since 2020
