Gymnas5cs was the first "modern era" VHSL spon sored girls sport. Lake Braddock High School has won a VHSL record nine team championships, including five in a row from 199599. The best in Virginia high school gymnas5cs is show cased this week during the 2022 VHSL Gymnas5cs Championships.
