2020-21 VHSL FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS V I R G I N I A H I G H S C H O O L L E A G U E 4 VHSL Staff VHSL is educators serving youth at 318 member schools T he Virginia High School League is an alliance of Virginia's public and ap proved nonboarding nonpublic high schools that promotes educa5on, leadership, sportsmanship, character and ci5zenship for students by es tablishing and maintaining high standards for school ac5vi5es and compe55ons. Major policies and decisions affec5ng VHSL programs are determined by a 37member Execu5ve Commi6ee. Direc5on is provided by group boards and by region and conference councils. Finally, all member principals have oversight at region mee5ngs and at fall and spring membership mee5ngs.
