Recording and Broadcasng Rights Any broadcast of state tournament games via radio, television, must be authorized under rights granted by the Virginia High School League. Any broadcast or unauthorized use of the accounts and descripon of this state event transmied in any form without the expressed wrien consent of the Virginia High School League is prohibited. Any use of video equipment at this state compeon must be authorized under the rights granted by the Vir- ginia High School League. Any other use of video equipment is prohibited.
