Tarr's 636 total wins are the most of any sport in UW history. Led UW to its first NCAA Championship in 2009 with a 51-win season, the fourth-most in program history and the most under Tarr. Following the record-setting 2009 season, Tarr and her staff were named the NFCA Coaching Staff of the Year and the Pacific Region Coaching Staff of the Year.
