For a list of more environmental resources, visit: CORE The Community Oce for Resource Eciency (CORE) helps Roaring Fork Valley residents save energy and cut carbon emissions to mitigate climate change. Citizens, local governments and utilities have worked together to provide innovative leadership in residential energy conservation since 1994. Environmental Leadership Colorado's statewide Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) administers an Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) which oers benets and incentives to members who voluntarily go beyond compliance with state and federal regulations and are committed to continuous environmental improvement. Holy Cross Energy This Glenwood Springs-based rural electric cooperative oers several programs for homes and businesses, including renewable energy, energy audits, rebates and residential assistance.
