2 0 1 8 - 1 9 P A C - 1 2 Y E A R I N R E V I E W 4 P A C - 1 2 Y E A R I N R E V I E W Pac-12 Networks Pac-12 Networks continued to provide more live coverage than any other conference network, ful!lling its mission to provide fans with high-quality coverage and provide student-athletes in all sports with well-deserved exposure. That effort was rewarded as Women's Volleyball, Women's Basketball, and Softball had their most-watched seasons ever. Networks also provided more live coverage of Pac- 12 Championships than ever, airing the Men's and Women's Golf Championships live for the !rst time this past year. During the football season, the Networks took its show on the road with the all-new show "The Pregame" visiting all 12 campuses, while "The Drive" continued to provide unique inside perspectives and the new short-form "Pac-12 Playlist" made its debut across digital and linear platforms. Pac-12 Networks covered more games on more platforms than ever before. Student-Athlete Health and Well-Being The Pac-12 Conference continued its pioneering role in safeguarding and sponsoring research in student-athlete health and well-being. The Pac-12 CEO group voted to extend $3.6 million in annual funding for another !ve years, and increased the resources devoted to mental health. The Conference's emphasis on mental health extended to the !fth annual meeting of the !ve "autonomy" conferences (Pac-12, ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC), which voted to require that institutions make mental health services and resources available for student-athletes. The Conference also announced seven new research projects with $2.7 million in funding to address important student-athlete health issues, including head trauma, mental health and injury prevention.
