30 Clients of the wealth management department truly look to us as their one stop resource. I recently had a client of mine call to notify me they were leaving on a month-long trip to Africa. I worked with electronic banking and credit cards to notify them of their upcoming trip and to add travel alerts to their credit and debit cards. This client was extremely pleased! Amanda Miller | Grand Junction Assistant Vice President Employee Owner since 2007 My husband and I play Santa and Mrs. Claus every December in Telluride at the bank and various other events. It is so rewarding to see the joy that this brings to the children of our customers! Between the two of us we can call most of the children and their parents by name which always amazes the kids. Keri Harwell | Grand Junction Executive Vice President Employee Owner since 1996 I was able to help a customer in Patagonia that lost his debit card while riding horseback from his home to the closest ATM. The story started on a mountain peak and ended on a ship! Interesting story that was complicated but ended with a very happy customer! Linda Vandoozer | Grand Junction Treasury Services Wire Clerk Employee Owner since 2000 I remember a "CARE" moment, when I took time outside of work to help senior clients learn the basics on their newly purchased computer. They were very grateful to me for taking the time to teach them. This helped deepen my relationship with the clients. Sadie Groff | Grand Junction Client Service Associate Employee Owner since 2017 Going above and beyond really becomes second nature after a while. Really thinking beyond what the person in front of you is requesting and trying to see if there is something more that they need or that would be helpful for them. Considering their unique situation(s) and doing what we can to facilitate their needs and make their experience with whatever they are going through better than it could have been with anyone else. Jennifer Sauer | Basalt Vice President Employee Owner since 2007 I have a client who is not mobile physically. She was very concerned about getting her new Colorado Identification, and I told her she could do it all online. I went to her house with my computer and filled it out with her and when she received her new ID a week later..... you would have thought she won the lottery! Kevin Haggerty | Grand Junction Vice President Employee Owner since 2016 I took the time to sit down and explain Bill Pay while recommending different ways this customer could utilize this product for his business. He was super appreciative and said that this (the customer service) is why he loves banking with Alpine Bank. Tyler Kameh | Dillon Teller/CSR Employee Owner since 2017 I had a loyal customer whose father had taken ill on a cruise ship while sailing near South America. He had to be flown back to the U.S. to receive medial care and treatment as his condition was critical. I had to help orchestrate the transfer of funds from their son to help get his father released and back home. Kent Wilson | Glenwood Springs Senior Vice President Employee Owner since 1998
