Coming into this season, the last time the Badgers won a Big Ten dual was two seasons ago, when they knocked off Michigan State on the road in February 2011. 58 �� VARSITY D EC E M B E R 13, 2012 After not winning a Big Ten meet for nearly two years, Wisconsin pulled off two last weekend, beating the Spartans, 19-12, on Dec. 7, at the UW Field House before going on the road and upsetting then-ninth-ranked Nebraska, 19-17, last Sunday in Lincoln. The win over the Corn- Badgers re-emerge in top-25 �� Following its 2-0 start to conference action, Wisconsin checks in at No. 23 in the NWCA/USA Today Division I Coaches Poll, the highest ranking for the Badgers since the 2010-11 season. Medbery climbs the rankings �� After a 2-0 weekend that included an upset over Michigan State���s then-N0. 10 heavyweight, Mike McClure, UW���s Connor Medbery climbed four spots to No. 10 in InterMat Wrestling���s Collegiate Rankings. Tyler Graff held steady at No. 9 at 141 lbs., after a 2-0 weekend.
