The University of Iowa won its first of 23 NCAA wrestling championships
from March 13-15, 1975, by scoring 102 points at Princeton, New Jersey.
The Hawkeyes had individual champions in Chuck Yagla (150 pounds) and
Dan Holm (158 pounds). Oklahoma was runner-up with 77 points.
