Gymnas6cs was the first "modern era" VHSL spon‐ sored girls sport. Lake Braddock High School has won a VHSL record nine team championships, including five in a row from 1995‐99. The best in Virginia high school gymnas6cs is show‐ cased this week during the 2018 VHSL Gymnas6cs Championships.
