Men's soccer looking to H
ead coach John Trask holds a rare claim at the
helm of the Wisconsin men's soccer team, remaining un- defeated against Indiana. In the 35-year history be-
tween the two sides, the Bad- gers have four wins and five ties. Indiana owns the most wins of any team over Wis- consin, downing the Badgers

repeat Indiana win Badgers finding more success against Hoosiers
32 times. However, the Badgers
have been showing improve- ment against the Big Ten powerhouse in recent years. In the past six seasons, the Badgers have played the Hoosiers to three overtime games — including two ties — and four one-goal losses. The Badgers' winless
streak against IU was snapped last year, when Wisconsin posted a 2-0 shutout win in Madison. In fact, all four of UW's victories over IU have been shutouts. Saturday, the Badgers look to con- tinue their recent success against the Hoosiers. The Badgers have had a quiet week to prepare for the up- coming game, and with no mid-week contest, the team can focus on pre- paring for IU. Trask enters Bloomington, Ind.,
this weekend as a rare coach who gets to say he's played Indiana with- out losing.
Closing out at home » With only eight games remain- ing, the Badgers have the luxury of playing five at home. UW returns to Madison next week for a three- game homestand and, after a quick trip to Michigan State, come back home for another pair of games at the McClimon Complex.
