Badgers rise in TDS poll Wisconsin jumps four spots in rankings

sin went 0-1-1 in two close games against No. 25 Wash- ington and Portland. Even without a win, UW jumped four spots in the poll, helping to prove the strength of competition in the opening stretch of the Badgers' schedule.
New field-level seating » Fans attending this weekend's game may notice a different layout at the McClimon Complex. The team benches have been moved to the west side of the field and bleacher seating has been added to the east side, giving fans an oppor- tunity to get closer to the action.
Quality opponents » Florida International (3-0-0) and Georgetown (4-0-0) enter the weekend with undefeated records. Adding the previous three oppo- nents, the combined overall record of the Badgers' opponents so far is an impressive mark of 13-2-2.
