Our printer meets or exceeds all Federal Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) standards and is a member of the Forest Stewardship Council and Sustainable Forestry Initiative. 1100 North Avenue Grand Junction, CO 81501-3122 Eimer Lopez, '17 Eimer, originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, is a 6'5" senior majoring in kinesiology and plays guard on the CMU basketball team. After graduation this spring he plans to connect with an agent to play professional basketball in the U.S. or overseas. Maridee Slater, '06 Maridee, a visiting professor of theatre at CMU, graduated from Grand Junction High School in '02, received her Bachelor of Arts in Acting/Directing with a concentration in theatre design from Mesa State College in '06 and her Masters of Fine Arts in Theatre Directing from Columbia University in '15. ON THE COVER The Maverick magazine recently won its fourth national award — a Bronze from the Collegiate Advertising Awards for the summer 2016 edition.
