Implementation Strategies: • Establish and promote broad participation in the Bindley Biosciences Center Research Fellows and Scholars Initiative • Ensure appropriate project management within the Bindley (Bindley Admin or an affiliate of Bindley).
Objective (IV): Invest in the improvement, maintenance, and support of instrumentation. (H) Who: Facilities Planning Committee, Bindley Administration and the Executive Director of Discovery Park
Implementation Strategies: • Create a long-term plan and set of policies related to the use and maintenance of core facilities. • Create a process for an annual instrumentation review by advisory committees.
