Kevin Dwyer
Assistant Coach Third Season Miami (Ohio), 2009
Kevin Dwyer is in his third season with the Northern Illinois University women's track and field program. Dwyer coaches the heptathlon, pole vault, jumps and all throwing events.
In his first two seasons with Northern Illinois, Dwyer led senior thrower Cora Caulfield to a school record in the outdoor discus throw and a spot in the 2011 NCAA West Preliminary Round. Under Dwyer's guidance, Caulfield launched a NIU school record mark of 166-01 in the discus throw at the 2011 MAC Championship.

Greg Hipp
Assistant Coach First Season Appalachian State, 2002
Greg Hipp is in his first season coaching the Northern Illinois distance and cross country athletes in 2011-12. Hipp came to NIU after seven years as the head coach at Missouri State.
Hipp has been a member of the USA Track and Field Cross Country Running Council since 2003 and also served on the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's Cross Country Executive Committee as the Midwest Region Coaches Representative since 2006.
