1-800-999-4625 SOLOMON & McCORMACK JOINS THE 600 POINT CLUB Add two more names to the likes of Zed Williams and Justin Anderson among the top boys' high school lacrosse all-time scorers. Nathan Solomon from Centennial (Ga.) and Michael McCormack from Mount Greylock (Mass.) crossed the career 600-point mark this season to become the third and fourth known players to amass at least 600 career points. NATHANSOLOMON Solomon, a Syracuse commit, finished his high school career with 623 points, which places him third all-time behind Williams' 729 and Anderson's 632. "I still can't believe I've done it," Solomon said. "On a personal level, it's one of my biggest accomplishments. I think it's good for the state of Georgia too." In addition to his career point total, Solomon places in the Top 10 all time in assists with 297 (fourth overall) and goals with 326 (eight overall). Solomon is the only known player from Georgia to amass at least 400 career points and at least 200 career assists. He joins former Benedictine Military School (Ga.) attackman Liam Cunning- ham as the only players from The Peach State on the Career Goals list. "I was more aware of 500 points. I was at 490 against Alpharetta (Ga.) and I really wanted it then," Solomon said. "Six hundred didn't really cross my mind as much. I was more focused on winning a state title at that point. My 600 game was on senior night. They stopped the game. It was the second quarter and the announcer said I'd become the third all time." MICHAELMcCORMACK Michael McCormack is 4th all-time on the career points list. McCormack finished his final season with his second-best assist total of his career (90) and his third-best goal total (96). The Middleburg College commit became Massachusetts' all-time leading scorer when he finished his career with 611 career points, which places him fourth all time. He passed Max Quinzani, who totaled 577 career points with Duxbury (Mass.) from 2003 to 2006. McCormack places fourth overall with 362 goals and 13th all-time with 249 career assists. McCormack set Massachusetts' single-season point scoring record with 191 points during his junior year. He scored 134 goals and 57 assists in helping the Mounties to the Central/West Division III title. ■ S O L O M O N / M c C O R M A C K McCormack Finishes Strong To Become One Of Massachusetts' Lacrosse All-Time Scorers
