THIS WEEK IN BADGER HISTORY Jolene Anderson's 2,312 career points are a UW men's and women's all-time best. February 20, 2008 Leading all Badgers Jolene Anderson became UW's all-time leading scorer for men and women when she scored 18 points in an 81-51 win over Indiana, a performance that allowed her to surpass Alando Tucker's 2,217 career points. Anderson ended her career at the UW with 2,312 points. February 24, 1996 MAKING HISTORY: Wisconsin softball recorded its first-ever win by downing No. 18 Notre Dame, 10-9, at the Arizona State Classic in Tempe, Ariz. ALSO THIS WEEK February 26, 1997 THE BEST IN THE BIG TEN: Senior Reggie Torian, winner of two events at the Big Ten indoor championships, was named the Big Ten Men's Athlete of the Champion- ship as well as Big Ten Indoor Athlete of the Year. It marked the second time in Torian's career that he earned each honor. February 26, 2000 BRINGING HOME A TITLE: The men's hockey team clinched a share of the Mac- Naughton Cup and the third WCHA regular-season championship in school history with a win over border rival Minnesota. 62 ยป VARSITY FEBRUARY 23, 2012
