MEDIA/PHOTO CREDENTIALS Requests for media/photo credentials can be requested online at gobulldogs.com/media and should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event. Since space is limited, accommodations are on the following priority basis: daily newspapers, originating radio and television stations, national weekly or monthly publications, electronic media outlets, local and regional television crews. Priority is granted to media entities that cover Fresno State softball on a regular basis, which includes coverage of open practices, home and road matches and to visiting media members. Freelance and amateur photographers not on assignment are not eligible for photo credentials, except by prior approval from the Fresno State Athletics Communications Office. Credentials may be picked up in the Athletics Communications Office prior to the day of the game. Non-working individuals will not be permitted in the press box. Note: Web sites that sponsor message boards, message centers or chat rooms where people are allowed to post anonymous information will not be issued credentials. If a medium has an online site that sponsors these anonymous forums, they may continue to receive credentials under its traditional medium (newspaper, magazine, radio, and television), but will not be granted additional passes for online staff. Parking is free and media members will not need a pass to park. SERVICES The Fresno State Athletics Communications Office will provide a complete box score and any other stats requested at the conclusion of each game. Programs will be provided for the working media containing rosters and games notes on each team. INTERVIEW POLICY Requests for interviews with student-athletes and Coach Wright should be channeled through the Fresno State Athletics Communications Office at least 24 hours in advance. Every Wednesday is media day during the season (unless otherwise noted). The first 30 minutes of the scheduled practice time will be available for media to shoot video or pictures and conduct interviews. All practices are closed to the general public. Practice times are subject to change. The Fresno State training rooms, locker rooms and strength and conditioning center are closed to those other than Fresno State players, coaches, and administrative staff. POST GAME INTERVIEWS After a 10-minute cool down, head coach Margie Wright and requested student-athletes will be available for interviews on the third base side of the field. Please make interview requests in the bottom of the last inning through the Fresno State Athletics Communications softball contact. Please make interview requests for the visiting team through the visiting softball contact if they are in attendance.
