STRENGTH TRAINING The Old Dominion University strength and conditioning program is designed to maximize our players' strength, speed and agility. This is done using a combination of sport specific and individualized workouts tailored to the specific part of the year (pre-season, in-season and off-season). The progressive program aims to provide student-athletes with the knowledge, motivation, discipline, work ethic and training necessary to maximize their athletic potential.
