t h i s i s b u b a s k e t b a l l FAST BREAK BASKETBALL With an emphasis on playing an up-tempo style, the Terriers have led the America East in scoring in three of the last four seasons. Five players have eclipsed the 1,000-point mark in the last seven years. STUDENT-ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT BU Basketball is about developing our student-athletes on and off the court. The team had an impressive 3.10 GPA last season, with nine players named to the America East Academic Honor Roll. In April, Krystyn McIntyre '11 was honored with BU's Student- Athlete Service Award for her exemplary record of community service. The Terriers volunteer annually with the American Cancer Society, Special Olympics and local youth organizations.
