Conditioning
The Siena College Strength and
Condi7oning department is com-
mi8ed to the pursuit of excellence
for our student athletes. Our
scien7fically-based programs are
designed to physically prepare
athletes for compe77on at the
Division I level. Teaching safety,
efficiency, and intensity, the program
is designed to allow athletes to
push themselves to the limit, tes7ng
their physical capacity, and mental
resolve to be champions. The means
to this end are encompassed
through strength training sessions,
in addi7on to work on flexibility,
speed and agility, plyometrics, and
sport-specific condi7oning.

supervise team li's, making sure
that the athletes li' with correct
form and intensity.
