swimming program to be represented on the biggest stage in college swimming.
10 Sophomore right-handed pitcher Tyler Peyton struck out 10 batters in 5 2/3 innings
against Saint Joseph's on March 16 in Port Charlotte, Fla. Peyton is the first Hawk-
eye to strikeout at least 10 batters in a game since 2008.
700 UI head baseball coach Rick Heller tallied the 700th victory of his
26-year coaching career in Iowa's 13-1 victory over Georgetown on
March 15.
27 e Hawkeye women's hoops program tied the second-highest win
total in program history this season at 27-9.
