Traveling Redbirds Traveling Redbirds
The Illinois State men's golf team has been known to take on challenging opponents. Competing
against tough opponents can require traveling, but it also brings the opportunity to compete on
some of the nation's top golf courses. When the weather gets cold at the 'Birds home, they take
fl ight and travel to warmer weather like Florida, Alabama and Louisiana. The Redbirds don't only
travel south, but travel often. They sometimes compete in at least three tournaments before spring
