in time for the start of the 2013 season
• $27-million, state-of-the-art structure provided field hockey program with a new
facility after playing its `home' games off-campus since the 2001 season
• Made possible in part by a $3 million gift from Boston-based New Balance
• 110,000 square-foot AstroTurf field has seating for 500 and was built above the
former Babcock Street parking lot
• Field is atop a newly-constructed parking garage with nearly 350 parking spaces
