Mike Eaves the third head coach in Wisconsin men's hockey history to record 100
victories.

FEBRUARY 6, 2010: Defenseman Brendan Smith scored two late third period
power-play goals to lift men's hockey to a 3-2 victory over Michigan in the Culver's
Camp Randall Hockey Classic. 55,031 fans celebrated along with the team.
BEATING THE BUCKEYES
FEBRUARY 12, 2011: Junior Jordan Taylor scored 21 of his 27 points in the second
half, rallying No. 13 Wisconsin from a 15-point deficit to beat No. 1 Ohio State, 71-67,
at the Kohl Center. It marked UW's second-ever win over the AP No. 1-ranked team
and its first since 1962.
GOING THE DISTANCE
FEBRUARY 10, 2013: Fueled by three long balls and clutch pitching, Wisconsin defeated
Notre Dame, 6-5, in 11 innings at the First Pitch Classic in Charlotte, N.C. The win propelled the
Badgers to a 4-1 opening weekend, marking the start of the best season in program history.
