After sweeping past Minnesota Duluth last weekend, eighth-ranked Minnesota State is the opponent for Thursday afternoon's quarterfinal matchup at the WCHA Final Five. Should the Badgers get by the Mavericks, top-seeded and seventh-ranked St. Cloud State awaits in the semifinals. The other side of the bracket includes secondseeded Minnesota, thirdseeded North Dakota and sixth-seeded Colorado College.
